After a long absence from my blog (technical difficulties accessing my account unfortunately), I’m back to bring you all new recipes, royal foodie finds, and a few photos to whet your appetites!
To kick things off, I’ll be writing a new post each week entitled, ‘Dreaming of…’.
Scrolling through all of the pictures I’ve been storing up this past month or so, I couldn’t resist sharing this delectable sandwich: a fresh bun is in perfect ratio with a sizable portion of sesame crusted albacore tuna with red onion, crisp lettuce, and wasabi mayo.
If you aren’t within a drivable distance of Malibu’s picturesque Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, this sandwich can be recreated in your own kitchen, without breaking the bank.
Combine canned tuna packed in water (drained) with sesame seeds, green onions, soy sauce, wasabi paste, miracle whip and Italian dressing. Spoon 4 ounces of this mixture onto a brioche bun, and garnish with red and sweet onion, crisp lettuce, tomato slices, and a dash of siracha if you like things spicy.
