Enough said, right?
Well, just in case you need a little more convincing to try the Cambie General Store & Bakery’s cinnamon bun, I’ll do my best to persuade you.
At the size of a dinner plate, these cinnamon buns are comprised of 7 or 8 flaky layers; as you unravel your sticky sweet masterpiece, the perfect amount of gooey brown sugar, butter and cinnamon will ooze out.
The layers are thin, so you get the perfect ratio of sugar and spice to the dough or bread portion.
If you have an insatiable sweet tooth, Gastown’s Cambie General Store & Bakery has something for everyone. The cinnamon bun comes with my recommendation, though, above all else.
