It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, but I couldn’t simply leave you with a picture and no explanation.
When you walk inside the INNO Bakery your senses are immediately overcome by the aroma of freshly baked breads and pastries. Your eyes will be darting in countless directions, but make sure you ask for the doughnuts if you’d like to avoid other temptations.
They run a mere $0.75 each, so you can (and will) eat more than one. So, if you allow yourself just one cheat day a week, make this the indulgence you fall victim to – I do! More and more doughnut divas are discovering these daily, so stop in by no later than 1 p.m. to give yourself the best chance of securing your doughnut.

Why a Guilty Pleasure? When you fry a sweet dough and cover it in cinnamon sugar you know that you aren’t eating heart smart. Combine that with the addictive nature of the doughnuts from INNO Bakery in Coquitlam and you have my guilty pleasure for the week.
