I don’t know about you but I’m usually driving from point A to B in a hurry, which makes it pretty difficult to enjoy my favourite treat: a cupcake. One hand, a wrapper, and messy icing? No thank you. But the newest, hottest thing in the world of cupcakes is cake pops. The simple act of inserting a stick into the cupcake makes enjoying them as easy as having a lollipop. And I have come across a pretty delicious example of one, complements of Sweet E’s, “the mini bake shop”. I’m not the first cupcake-aholic to rave about this bakery, but to add to their acclaim, I’m telling you Sweet E’s must have had some pretty stiff competition on the Food Network’s Cupcake Wars not to win. Either way, these cake pops are a winner in my book, or should I say Culinary Royalty. Check out my favourite to date, the red velvet.
